Addressing the need for better space traffic management

In its latest public report “Towards a European Approach to Space Traffic Management”, the European Space Policy Institute (ESPI), an independent research think-tank based in Vienna, Austria, investigated the growing challenges to ensure the safety and sustainability of space operations and looked into the whys and wherefores of a European approach to an increasingly discussed concept of space traffic management.
